I have over ten years formulating goal specific training and nutrition plans for others who have all experienced success on their own personal levels!
I personally accomplished something that most would have guessed to be near impossible...
My own top weight was 195 lbs at over 30% body fat at the birth of my twins (see before and after photos). From this starting weight I was able to shed over 70 pounds of fat and cut all the way down to 123 lbs at under 7% body fat, where I obtained a PRO card in the NGA (national Gym Association), making me a professional bodybuilder!
Regardless of whether or not you have lots of children or schedule restrictions, to actually compete in bodybuilding takes a certain will and determination. Combine those factors in and all of the demands they place on a person and many would say it’s impossible! Though the odds were probably not in my favor, I was able to gather the determination, knowledge, and resources to do it. I had a detailed plan, a map if you will, of how to get me there. In addition to my own drive and determination, I was fortunate that I had people that cared who could supplement my knowledge and point me in the right direction. With all of that I was able to gain what I needed to achieve my own success. Though I have accomplished great things for myself in the area of fitness, there is no greater success for me than to see a client becoming the best person they can!
